Mary Ann has a lifetime of experience in training horses and students, choosing horses to fit the student. Safety is our priority to maximize your ranch experience. George Jones is a third generation arizonan. His Grandma Grace Bakarick McCool was a local Cochise County Historian who wrote four books about the history of Cochise County. Grace's books will be available in the giftshop. George ran the Mount Rushmore stables in the severties and was born to be a Cowboy. Mary Ann Black is George's wife and is also a fourth generation Cochise County Cowgirl. Mary Ann's Greatgrandfather was a freighter for the mines and homesteaded north of Douglas, Arizona. Mary Ann is a Real Estate Broker and a Professional Women's Rodeo competitor. Jennifer is George and Mary Ann's daughter and she rodeo's professionally. George's brother Fred writes cowboy poetry and his books are also available in the gift shop. All of Fred's poems and stories are based on real life cowboy history. All the people that will see to your enjoyment are experienced Horsemen and Women who walk and ride the talk!
